The main production principle is to laminate 4-5 layers of PVC base film with 1100D base fabric through high temperature to form a thicker PVC laminated tarpaulin. This inflatable fabric is very airtight, which increases the strong inflatable material’s resistance to compression and tearing. And provides a variety of color options from Pantone color cards.

1100 Denier PVC Fabric

1100 denier PVC fabric represents a specific type of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) coated fabric. Denier is a unit of measurement for the linear mass density of fiber. In fabric terms, it is often used to indicate the thickness of the base fabric material. A higher denier usually means the base fabric is thicker and more durable. For inflatable fabrics that require better compression resistance and tear resistance, 1100 denier PVC fabric is the best choice. In addition to its use in inflatable materials, this 1100 denier PVC fabric will also be used in other applications. Examples include heavy-duty bags, industrial hoods or inflatable structures that need to withstand heavy wear and tear.

In the case of a bouncy castle or similar structure, using a higher denier inflatable PVC material fabric can enhance the elasticity of the product, making it more resistant to punctures, abrasions, and other forms of damage. When choosing bouncy castle fabric, it’s a good idea to consider factors such as the intended use (indoors or outdoors), expected wear and tear, and safety standards. Thicker materials are generally more durable, and construction methods such as seam welding and reinforcement play a vital role in the overall strength of the inflatable structure.

For some large inflatable products, most 1100 denier PVC fabric manufacturers produce PVC coated tarpaulin fabrics that are only 3.2m.
